Harry Styles

Harry Edward Styles (born 1 February 1994) is an English musician and singer. His musical journey began in 2010 , after he had been only a contestant on The X Factor, a British music competition. Following his demotion the show, he was re-invited as a member of One Direction. The group became one the most successful boy groups in history before being put on hiatus during the year of 2016. Styles was released their self-titled album via Columbia Records, in 2017. It was a top-selling album in the UK as well as the US as well as being among the world's top-ten best-selling albums during the year. In addition, the album's lead track, "Sign of the Times" made the top spot on at the top of the UK Singles Chart. Styles's second album Fine Line (1999), was a best-selling album in America. This album was the most significant first week numbers of any English male artist. It was released in 2020 and made it into the Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. The fourth single from the album, "Watermelon Sugar", was a top hit on the US Billboard Hot 100. Styles' third album Harry's House (2022) set records in several categories and garnered acclaim, getting the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2023. The album's opening track, "As It Was", became the number-one song of the year globally as per Billboard. Styles earned six Brit Awards along with three Grammy Awards, an Ivor Novello Award as well as three American Music Awards.
