Awkwafina began as an American musician and rapper making sly songs that addressed topics like racial or sexual identities with a funny twist. Before expanding to Hollywood her career, she was able to make a few songs. Nora Lum began her musical career as a musician on the trumpet. She was born in Forest Hills Queens, she was the child of Chinese immigrants and Koreans. After a classical and jazz education, she delved into hip-hop when she was an teen. The other viral hit songs included queef track and the eye-catching NYC Bitchecity tour. The single that debuted was specifically linked to the album Awkwafinas NYC, her travel guide for 2015. After a successful career as a performer She decided to take on the role of actor. Apart from early series such as Girl Code and Tawk she was also in films like Neighbors 2 Storks as well as Bad Rap. In 2018, her breakthrough role was in Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June, she released the EP In Fina We Trust.
